Central to your visit to Glenburn will be our versatile hostesses, Neilu and Jenni who are at Glenburn simply to pamper and spoil you. We hope you enjoy their company during your stay. Although one or both of them will join you at most meals, and accompany you on some of the walks and activities – do feel free to request time on your own as well. They will not take offence!
At some point during your stay you will also meet our Tea Estate manager, Sanjay Sharma – Neilu’s husband, and their gorgeous doggies Elsa, Jimmy and Naughty.
Sanjay is also our resident birding expert and fishing guide, so do catch hold of him for information in any of these areas, above and beyond of course, his expert knowledge on anything to do with tea! Please bear with us if he is unavailable at any time. He has a huge responsibility running the entire estate with it's one thousand workers! The Tea Tour will be conducted by either Sanjay or his able assistant Uday Kumar, who also does an excellent job!
The Glenburn Staff are available round the clock, to help make your stay with us a comfortable one. Bells are located on most switchboards in the rooms and common areas.
